Class Description:

This is an open-level vinyasa-style yoga class for men. All body types welcome. The class will be conducted via Zoom (link provided with Eventbrite registration confirmation) and you can dress (or undress) to your comfort level. You will have the option to be on-camera or off-camera while using Zoom.

Evan is teaching this class from a place of love. There is a suggested donation of $10. If you are able to honor this class by donating this to Evan at his Venmo @Evan-Davidoff or his PayPal at evandavidoff@gmail.com, he would be greatly appreciative. If you are experiencing any financial hardship yourself then please take this class as his gift to you.

This class will build heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength in a supportive environment, encouraging the link between mindful body movement and the breath. This is meant to be a slow flow with emphasis on pranayama (breathing) and a restorative portion at the end of class.

Our Yoga Instructor for the evening is Evan who will slowly ease you into the beautiful practice of yoga.

Do I need to have yoga experience or skills already?

No, you do not need previous experience with yoga. This class is for beginner as well as advanced beginner and intermediate yogis.

What should I wear?

This is a clothing optional yoga class, you can dress (or undress) to your comfort level. You will have the option to be on camera (ad veiwable by others) or off camera.

How much is the class?

See above, the class has a suggested donation (for those who are able to give).

Also, if anyone is on a limited income and/or has lost their income during this crisis Evan would like to offer this class to them free of charge.

Do I have to do yoga?

This is a yoga class, so we expect you to do you best. That said, this is not a place for voyeurs.
